In addition to her love of teaching, Rachel finds inspiration building sustainable enterprises in her adopted village of Woadze Tsatoe, Ghana, and in operating the NGO Amenuveve, Inc. Rachel is grateful when her students become motivated to engage in the social impact of economic development and sustainability. You can often find Rachel enjoying her natural surroundings when she gardens, hikes, and swims.
