About Robert Tornu

Robert hopes to change the narrative of underrepresented communities through social enterprises. As a father, he is also passionate about supporting young girls and defeating the stigma around menstruation. He sees the Volta Pads project as a way for Woadze Tsatoe to break through the negative social and cultural constructs associated with periods. 

He hopes to start a conversation about the importance of women’s health.
