On Saturday 9th March 2024, The staff of Amenuveve SIV Organization, Mr. Narh the Board Chairman, Roberta Donkor Volta Pads Manageress, and Kuffor Hope Volta Pads Programmes Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer visited the Volta Pads production unit and the Amenuveve Batik centre.
We were ushered to these centres by the Production Manager, Vida Zogli. There was an introduction session where both the production team and the staff got to know each other. Mr Narh took the opportunity to explain to the production team and the new staff the breakdown of the price for a pad. After this explanation, the production team understood how much is required to be paid to them after rendering their services.
The new staff also understood how the GHC65 ($6) price came about.
The team again went to Tsatoe where the bakit center is situated and took the opportunity to interview users of the Volta Pads in this community. This interview will improve our services and delivery.
